In order to keep our prices as low as we can we ship via Canada Post letter mail with no tracking (there are some exceptions, please reach out if you have questions). Which means that in the unlikely case that your shipment gets lost, there is no way to track it down. If you would like to upgrade to include tracking to your shipment please contact me for the additional cost.
Canada Post estimates 3 - 7 Business days for shipping based on location, however these are just estimates. Shipping to some locations has been severely impacted in some areas therefor we cannot guarantee shipping times. If you would like to upgrade your shipping please contact me for the additional costs associated with that.
And as always we will absolutely contact you if there are any delays on our end.
